Last year I started collecting Fiesta Ware. I think it started when my family took a mini-vacation to a friends' farmhouse. She had Fiesta and I just loved it. I didn't just choose one color...I chose one color at a time! Yep, I have 10 place settings now...in 10 different colors! I love it!! As I collected more colors, it was so exciting to wake up each morning just to choose my coffee cup and saucer colors! Another fun thing was to open the kitchen cabinet and see all the pretty colors in there...oh, and the diswasher..... I guess it's the little things that make this girl happy. I had always just had coffee mugs before, but I discovered that I really like a cup and saucer. Here are some of my morning cups of coffee...
And I am not the only one who has enjoyed our Fiesta cup and saucers!! Drew and Grayson like to use them too when they have coffee with momma. Don't worry, their coffee is a little coffee (I always make decaf), a little sugar, and lots of cream!
And this year another little fellow wanted to join the coffee drinking club... (Don't tell him, but his cup only has cream!!)
No, he does not get to use my Fiesta ware. This is why....

I have Fiestaware too--and I love it for many of those same reasons...we are not coffee drinkers..but we do love the bright colors and just being able to enjoy something new everyday! So fun!
How fun! I like the turquoise/brown and red/cream combinations best! :-) I just have plain white dishes...maybe I need to look into something more exciting like this. Especially if it makes loading the dishwasher more interesting!
