and with my Granny.
My Aunt Joy came too, but I didn't get her picture! They were only here for the day, but we had a great visit...and some yummy food, too, of course!
Drew and Grayson just finished up 2 weeks of swim lessons. It was fun, and although going under the water is not their thing, there was definite improvement over the 2 weeks. Here they are on the first day waiting their turn to get in the water with the teacher.
Another day... Grayson's turn with his teacher
Oh, and a huge bonus for me was that Nana and Pop were here during the first week of lessons! It was great having their help. Nana played with Drew and Grayson in the little pool...
and Pop stayed busy with Roe...
We also were able to celebrate Nana's birthday with her this year! We went to Chuck E. Cheese first, and then came home for cake. (The boys helped me with the cake that day, and even though Nana knew it was being made for her, I told the boys it was a surprise for her later. Well, on the way out the door to CEC, Grayson says, "Nana, we made a cake for you and it's in the fridge!") Happy Birthday, Nana!!!
I have been working on this post all day, so I am going to wrap it up now with a Roe update! First of all, he found his feet this week! (he's very proud of himself as you can see). His 4 month check-up was on Thursday and besides a little summer cold, he's doing great! His stats: weight - 11 lb. 10 1/2 oz. length - 24 3/4 in.

I just love Roe's big grin in his pictures! He's too cute : )
And I'm so glad Grayson and Drew liked their swimming lessons ... maybe next summer they'll enjoy going under!
