Roe Sweet Roe

Well, we've been home for one week and I am just thrilled to have Baby Roe here with us. He is such a sweet baby...and still sleeping like a champ! I think I could just sit and watch him all day. I love to watch the smiles, frowns, and puckered lips while he sleeps. Oh the joy of a newborn baby!

As many of you know, this is our first experience at bringing home a "newborn." Drew and Grayson were born 12 weeks early, so they spent those first 2 1/2 months in the NICU. And while they came home right before their due date (smaller than Roe's birth weight), they were older, more alert, etc.. Anyways, all that to say, we are in new territory here, and we LOVE IT!

Of course, I guess I should mention that John has been home all week long helping me tremendously. John's parents have also been here for the last few days and have been a HUGE help to us by playing with the big boys for hours on end. Tomorrow they leave and John also goes back to work. I will be sad to lose all of their help. The reality of life with 3 kids will really begin to set in. I know the Lord will provide me with just what I need, but please say a prayer for me if the Lord brings us to your mind.

One more note...Drew and Grayson really do love being big brothers! I love this picture of Grayson admiring his new baby brother. It thrills my heart!

Becky the baby is just beautiful as are all of you, thank you for sharing with us. I was just telling Leslie that it is hard to believe you were just about the boys age when I first saw you. The Lord is so good to us. I love you Shelia
